• All Drug Testing is done by trained nurses in our on-site medical office. 

• Appointments will take approximately 5-10 minutes for paperwork and sample collection. 

All appointments require a credit/debit card upon booking. Please keep in mind that there are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. Appointments may be rescheduled. Cancellations and no-show appointments will not be refunded.
